VA - "Difficult Music" Compilation by Johnnie DiiBoy

Around the time Johnnie DiiBoy gave me this compilation he made, Difficult Music was just starting to get a separate divider from 'Industrial Music' at all the record stores in town.  This comp. is missing the song labels so I made it one download of side 1 which is a mix with Rapeman, Big Black, Pigbag, Skinny Puppy, Dead Kennedys, Fear, Happy Flowers and some others you will recognize so list in comments, but it's his inbetween song banter with a theme to the end that I find very fascinating.  Side 2 is a live show by Skinny  Puppy and if you can help label that leave in comments.  Johnny had the difficult music looks as well with random patches of bald head and a long lab coat he always wore.

Kruger Randy & the Bleached Boys - Everything's Groovy in the Sun 7" w BLEECH BOIS

REPOST Request:  Surf rock from Durbain, South Africa. This is pretty interesting and a step back in time. The lyrics are not anything even close to being politically correct, but never uses overly offensive language. At time's I'm kind of a taken back at some of the lyrics, which I hope where meant as a joke of some kind.

On to the actual platter itself, there is a Dick Dale feel to this seven inch but if it is surf rock it pretty much has to in my opinion. "Back in the R.S.A." is a pretty rocking tune the singer on this song, I am not sure which one because it looks like three of them share the vocals sounds like Velvy the lead singer of The Diesel Queens, the likeness is uncanny. "Everything's Groovy in Sun City" is a Beach Boys Parody.

This was released in 1988 on Mykel Board's Seidboard World Enterprises label.

Chocolate Watch Band - No Way Out 67 w The Inner Mystique 68 w One Step Beyond 69 w CD w bonus trax

These guys never made it big outside their San Jose scene but that's O.K. as that is what makes them so special.  First thing I noticed in my initial listen was that JFA's instrumental tune 'Unknown' is no longer unknown as it sounds like 'Dark Side of the Mushroom'.  But this is just the start of the familiarity with tunes like 'Medication', 'Milk Cow Blues', 'I'm Not Like Everybody Else' or 'Sweet Young Thing' so greatly influencing the neo-paisley bands of the 80s.  I know you will enjoy!  P.S. My disk had disc rot for the 2nd LP title track and 5th song after that so they were blank.  I have downloaded from another blog and fixed the file for link 2 below.
